|Best Green Smoothie Recipe Ever!||
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 3-4 kale leaves (off of the big stem) – OR 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 1.5 cup H2O OR Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 TBS Chia Seeds (optional)
- Blend the first four ingredients well. Works REALLY well in a Vitamix!
- Then, add the next two ingredients!
- Blend Well!
Make sure to add enough fruit.
You can experiment by adding powders, such as Maca, but you might want to add a little agave if you do that! This one does have some ground chia seeds in it.
