- 12 ounces of coconut water
- 1 peeled frozen banana
- 1 handful of pineapple (you can use your favorite fruit of choice)
- Bunch of spinach, I pack it in there
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Sun Warrior brown rice protein powder)
- 8 ice cubes
- Whir, whir, whir in the blender and be prepared to be amazed at how good it tastes!
